eMoneyMissouri, LLC will not be the lender for loans made to Texas residents. eMoneyMissouri, LLC is a Credit Access Business. We will attempt to arrange a loan between you and a third party lender and service that loan once it is issued. Any questions, service issues or complaints about your loan will be addressed by eMoneyMissouri, LLC and not the lender.
- The maximum loan amount for Texas residents will be 35% of gross monthly income or $1800.00, whichever is less.
- Your loan will be an equal payment installment loan not to exceed 180 days.
- You have the right to rescind your loan within 3 days of signing your loan contracts.
You have the right to repay your loan in full on your due date. You will not be accessed a prepayment penalty for paying your loan off early or making additional payments toward the principal.
Your Credit Access Business application origination fee will be $25. In addition to the origination fee, you will pay a CAB fee for helping secure the loan and agreeing to back the loan in case of default. The CAB shown as an annualized APR will range from 130%-700% You will also be charged interest by your lender of 10.00% APR on loan principal.
